Ok, are you allowd to work during the process for residency?

I am working in Midle East (Bahrain) as a night club manager at Crowne Plaza Hotel.(not easy as a woman)
Regarding... what means?if i came as a visitor first to Uruguay perhaps i will quit my job here so which income i have to declare?...

thank you Lee, i know a litle spanish, is not dificult for romanian to learn, we are latin and the language is... workink in Midle East(Bahrain)sens 10 years ago and there is no any Uruguayan Embassy arownd to have some information....
