Hello,
A friend and I will be moving to Montevideo by mid-year of 2008. We will start a business, and build a real estate portfolio in MVD and other spots of UYU. We will be looking for cash positive rental properties, while we are beginning our business in MVD. Looking for advice in real estate, getting our resident and business permits (eventually citizenship), and just as importantly we are looking to meet other expats and people in Uruguay. Hablamos espanol bastante tambien.
