Who can get health insurance

Who can get health insurance~~I have been reading this site for about a year now. I have seen some very low prices for... paradise)

If someone has an answer to this, maybe someone over 60 or 65, some of us could sure use the information....

We read somewhere that there is a charge of up to 3% to exchange money in Uruguay.

If that is true, are we better off... bills? I read that sometimes there is a problem with change from a purchase.

I did some research on the health care scheme at the British Hospital and I found out the following:

Up through 60... and Espanola as three that accept over 65 for health insurance.
