Uruguay as a whole is reasonably tech savvy.

Two things hold it back: Access to inexpensive equipment, as none of it... it made here (it's taxed like hell) and poor internet bandwidth/speed. One can be fixed with money, the other can't. ...

Ron has you going in the right direction. DO NOT try learning Rio Platenese Spanish! Learn proper Spanish and... here for the most part. :)

Spoken Spanish in UY is shall we say, odd and of little use anywhere else.

Got ya!

I've done the pencil a couple of time shares and couldn't figure where the payoff was? That's why we rent... where the payoff was? That's why we rent when we're out of the country, or just buy something out right.
