Like Lee said, Nutriciencia is a good source for the wheat... who understand and work with sensitivities and intolerances, so it is possible to maintain a healthy lifestyle here....

I cannot answer your questions directly, but I have some insight into the bilingual schools here in Uruguay. I work... We find they all do an excellent job in educating the children in the areas of academic, manners, and sports.

"Fugazzeta" is not really a pizza was we know it. It uses the bread that would be used for pizza, but the is no tomato... (the main ingredient of the topping). Now if Old Maz would make it for me with red onions, I'd certainly order it....
