  Customs do not allow to include a car in moving household goods. The only ones allowed to bring a car are returning... is that the household goods CANNOT be new. The guarantee deposit requested by customs depend on the value of the goods....

  if you are US citizen you will get a 3 months Tourist Visa on arrival, which can be... extended for another 3 months time. There are only very few countries which require a Visa request before arrival.

  to obtain the citizenship, first you have to be a legal resident for at least 3 years minimum. Then you... in obtaining the Uruguayan citizenship. I know that same is not a difficult procedure, but it takes some time....
