Jobs in UY~~Unfortunately there are not plenty of jobs and paid is not great indeed. But for small wages there are some... be different to work in something appart from Teaching English, at least for a local institution.

Peel the veggies...~~Just peel most of the veggies, like Tomatoes, it will protect you from most of the chemicals..wash... for sure...The variety of chesses here is not very good for instance..and lot of other things...

Exchange rate~~The exchange rate of the USD Dollar with the Uruguayan Peso is also a factor to have into account. As... and I hope they will achieve it. This will be a better time to buy than now. But will this happens...who know.....

Martin~~Hi Lee, good question, I I find some stats I will point to them. If by skilled you mean professionals I will... resource in Uruguay, market is small, companies are very secretive about remunerations some time.
