Bio:

I am interested in semi-retirement in Uruguay or Chile. Montevideo sounds rather unique to me. So does Puerto Montt in Chile.
Wind power sounds like it could go over well in either place. I wonder if it is being exploited as well as it could be. The government of Uruguay does sound rather big on the idea, and with such a flat counry the wind could be used over and over.
