Bio: I'm seriously considering retiring in Uruguay. The only pension I have worth mentioning is SSI, ergo I'm looking for a very affordable apartment - hopefully under $200.00 a month. If all goes well, I should be arriving in early August of this year. Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Doug | |
